Questionable Quality
I purchased a lithium-ion impact driver CIRLI2028 almost a year ago, and it performed flawlessly the first time I used it. However, when I attempted to use it again, I was unable to remove the previously installed driver bit from the hex shank and also experienced difficulty inserting other driver bits. I am using the correct 1/4" bits, and this should be a straightforward replacement process. Unfortunately, I no longer have the purchase receipt. Based on this experience, I would not recommend purchasing Ingco power tools.

Questionable Quality

After sales service non existent
After sales service is non existent in South Africa. I enjoy my backpack spray a lot, but I am in need of a new nozzle. Ingco took a month to respond to my email, gave me a list of places in free state that could help but none of them are interested in trying to help as buying a spare part I guess is work and no profit to them.

Bad service
I am very disappointed in the service received from ingco booked my drill in the 17th January went to pay the repair on the 23rd January, a simple repair took them a whole month only got my drill back the 17th February in that time I needed to follow up numerous times as they could not give clear update status on my repair after receiving my drill on the 17th after a month of repair I am very very disappointed in the workmen ship of the repair and service received so after a visual inspection of my drill I saw *****s were not titend out I needed to do it myself the new chuck they put on I did not even used yet and it already has scratches on looking like a second hand replacement and not what I payed for I am very disappointed in ingco and ingco repairs and it is sadly to say that ingco has lost a valuable client, I will never purchase anything from ingco again

Ingco Cordless Mower Replacement Blade
I have numerous Ingco Cordless Products an am very happy with them. However, I have a one of their Cordless Mowers and it’s impossible to get a replacement blade. None of the dealers stock it and I get no meaningful response from Ingco South Africa despite been in communication with them.

You get what you pay for
Bought a brushless set (drill & grider) from Legacy in Pretoria. Within 3 months they had to change the 4 ah battery 5 month the repaired the 115 mm grinder. Everytime I had to wait 15 to 20 works day. I hardly used these tools and when I do it for my buisness and if they do not work 3 months after I bought them its a bit frustrating. They have somesort of warrenty which is ok but not worth the paper its printed on. Cherry on top is the Salesmen said its was on par with De Walt and comes from the same factory but when I took the items back I was told "just remember we are just agents of this product" Please stay away from this product.
