WiFi constantly buffering. Phoned them, they sent someone as they couldn't sort it out over the phone, charged a ridiculous callout fee that they didn't even mention would be charged. Then they had to replace our router by no fault of our own (ridiculously expensive), we made a payment arrangement and to no surprise they didn't stick to it and deducted the entire monthly fee plus callout fee plus router at once. And after the entire crazy expensive exercise our WiFi speed is still slow and lagging. Bad service and disapointing. I wouldn't refer
After sales service is non existent in South Africa. I enjoy my backpack spray a lot, but I am in need of a new nozzle. Ingco took a month to respond to my email, gave me a list of places in free state that could help but none of them are interested in trying to help as buying a spare part I guess is work and no profit to them.
This is the second week that I was waiting for a parcel from DSV Bloemfontein, that had been in their warehouse for three business days, but somehow they don't send it out for delivery. I tried to phone them every time this happened....no answer! I hold on to music playing for about 20 minutes. Eventually I collect the parcels myself. And no one can answer me at their warehouse or on the national call centre line as to why the parcels just stay in their warehouse without delivery, they just say they don't know. There is a serious issue with their service. Unfortunately one of my suppliers use them to deliver parcels, but I would never use them myself. I have had the same issues with them in the past every time somebody use them to deliver to me, it's an endless wait and you can't get hold of anybody. They are probably the slowest courier in the world, I'm not exaggerating.
Have been using their service about 4 or 5 years now but I swear every time I try to make a booking it takes longer than the previous appointment. It's been 12 days since first contact for an appointment and they still have not contacted me for an appointment. You pay (not cheaply) for this service but don't think you will have your car done every month. You will maybe get your car done 5 or 6 times a year, if you're lucky. First you need photographic evidence that the service is needed (scratches, chips, tar etc, and if you're like me who look after your car that's a difficult thing), then you need to submit, and then the wait begins for a call that they can fit you into a route somewhere. I don't think I will renew my subscription after it expires this year. I give two stars for the work the the guys do on the car. But the service and communication definitely lacks.
We had our year end function at Bella Casa bloemfontein. Everything was top notch. Best food, best service. They were so patient sorting the massive bill amongst all the people. Will definitely dine again. Such a memorable evening. Thank you Bella Casa Bloemfontein

Tiniest pieces of cake for R70 each at Mugg & Bean Total Tollas Showgate Bfn. This is *******. Mugg & Bean used to run this ad where they prided themselves on these massive ****ins, that is how the two brothers started the business and took great pride in the massive portions. The cakes used to be big and high as well. They have shrunk to half the size and double the price. Now a tiny piece costs almost the price of an entire cake. It's not a steak people!
I bought their product online about a month ago. They advertised it for R100. I received it but never used it. A while later I read an article that their claim about SHARK TANK JUDGES JUMPING TO ENDORSE THEIR PRODUCT WAS A LIE! Today I received an email thanking me for my new order (which I never placed) and that an amount of R1199 would be deducted from my account. Immediately I saw that the amount was deducted from my bank account....without my knowledge, without my consent. This is theft and if they don't reimburse me I will open a case of fraud. Their telephone number is on the email but I have been on hold now for 31 minutes!!!??? DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT buy this product - MIRACLE KETO TRIMFIT PLUS, advanced fat loss formula. They will keep sending and deduct your bank account with amounts that you did not ok. DO NOT BUY WOOLWORTHS VOUCHERS! I bought a R3000 voucher last month, didn't get cashbacks. Have been emailing to no avail. Then I was dumb enough to buy a voucher again last week for R3000, did not receive the voucher, was told they would refund me within 24 hrs...it's been 6 days, they can't even tell me if they have processed the refund. I'm going to get quotes from discovery for all our products and I'm going to social media with this. Unacceptable! The service has taken a dive for the worst.
I have been a merchant of Yoco for 3 years now. Their service is outstanding. I have had a couple of hiccoughs with the machine not connecting to my device but even that was sorted out by their call centre in a minute or two. The only thing where they lost a star with me is because I needed another terminal and asked to be contacted but have to date not had a call from them. Other than that, if you are looking for a POS device for your small business, travelling business or your business in general, I would gladly recommend Yoco.
