I have numerous Ingco Cordless Products an am very happy with them. However, I have a one of their Cordless Mowers and it’s impossible to get a replacement blade. None of the dealers stock it and I get no meaningful response from Ingco South Africa despite been in communication with them.
Fabulous items to buy but once paid for they March to their own tune
Please do not order online from them. They have no idea themselves as to where a package is. All information provided by them is false and they themselves can’t check what the problem is. Three weeks down the line and no one has any idea of what has become of my order
An Uber driver incurred a speeding fine in the residential estate I live in on the way to collect a guest from my house after a party. You can only interact with Uber on the app.. no personal contact..they will not entertain my query as it must eminate from my friend who booked it. I have a copy of the fine with all the details but they are still not interested. I don’t want to get my friend involved as he will be embarrassed and feel obligated to pay the R1000 fine which he had no control over. Best way to vote is with one’s feet. Uber will never see me again and I am making every effort to ensure they are not allowed into this estate again. I have the support of a large section of the residents so hopefully we will get it right
On 27 May 2021 Iwas charged an amount of R21 190.84 incl VAT for an early upgrade which I should not have been charged for. It took me 3 months , 72 emails and I have no idea how many calls to eventually get them to pass the credit. However, the retentions department only instructed their accounts to pass an amount of R18 426.81 which is the amount excluding VAT. To date many emails later and countless calls I have had no success in getting the balance of R2944.03 still due credited. Every consultant I speak to agrees it’s due and promises to escalate the query but nothing happens.
My Parents have been insured with Auto & General for many years. They are both 89 years old. They monthly premium was R5400 and has never been reviewed. After contacting A&G they immediately reduced it to R2500 . They are not prepared to refund any of the excessive premium paid on the basis that my parents never asked for a review. They are 89 for heavens sake. Surely A&G must take this into account with their small print. OUTsurance have quotes R1800 so A&G are still R700 too much. They have now cancelled their policy wtihbA&G which means that in addition to the excessive premiums they were paying they lose their no claim bonus of R45 000 payable in 2 years time. A&G’s attitude is it’s not their problem. A nation is judged by how they treat their elderly . I have no doubt A&G will find the same is true with a company. Karma is a *****
Despite numerous messages of complaint on Hello Peter and a rather insipped text from. Verimark no meaningful response received to the issues with Gorilla Solar Lights. Think carefully before buying from Verimark as they have no after sales service
I have bought 8 Gorrilla Solar Powered lights over the last few months. I have had issues with a few not working. Staff at the Verimark Store in a Fourways Mall have been very helpful but the Verimark HO not interested. There clearly is a problem with the lights yet they will not replace them even within two days of purchase. They need to be sent to HO then a week or two later are sent back with no report as to what was the problem or what they have done to fix them and bam a few days later back to square one they don’t work again. I am returning two more tomorrow and they can keep them. Want nothing further to do with them
