Poor service

Good day. I have ordered a unit from Electromart online on the 9 April 2020. After no respond from them i phoned them last week to find out what is going on. They told me now that the unit i ordered is faulty. So i told them to pay back my money. I have ordered the unit from another supply. Up to date no feedback from them
