Monday 11 March 2024 a sales rep for EFC had massive road rage between Wonderboom south and Gezina. We being in the car in front of him indicated that we are going to turn right and apparently that upset him because we turned in front of him (Keep in mind its a single lane that becomes 2 lanes and we are in front. This man proceeded to try and run us off the road he kept no distance between us and him so much so that i couldn't get his number plate. He swore at my Father in law and shouted horrible thing while my 7 year old daughter had to just hear it all. My daughter was crying i was a nervous wreck because we didn't do anything wrong. When we got home i phoned their offices and was given Johannes number (He is either the owner or the senior manager) I spoke to him and explained what happened, he said without a number plate it will be hard to pin point who the driver was. I proceeded to WhatsApp him the entire route we drove from where the problem started to where the man drove away. We are now on day 4 and apparently they still can't tell me who the driver is. I want this company to do better then just say we are sorry. What about the trauma my 7 year old had to endure? Why is bad behavior accepted? And why is this man not being held accountable for his actions while driving a company car?
