Absolutely pathetic

Completely disgusted with the management and people. They came in for roof repairs and this is what we were left with: - Overflow pipe dangling - Left and under board detached - Broke a board which they did not inform us about - Foreman is nearly never on sight - None of the workers speak English

Worst off they requested to fix some slates which we paid for and ended up with five roof leaks. We brought them in and all they could say is they are not paying for a new roof when that is not even what we were discussing. They spoke to my wife and just used force full tones and aggressive mannerisms. They use tactics of intimidation and refused to even discuss the topic by constantly changing the subject.

The last word is pathetic and please do not put yourself through the pain of dealing with them. And why - the 5-star rating is from the people who work there as I recognize the names.

Got a person from Kraaifontein who fix all their issues and went over and above their stated work. So just Google around....
