Horrible Customer service from Elegant Roofing.
I am disappointed with Elegant Roofing. I've paid full amount for the roof, but supp**** short. They're instructing my Installer to take short cuts and use *****s for IBR on a Springlok 700 sheets. Don't use them, horrible service.

My roof leaks Elegantly
Elegant roofing or Elegant Imphala - same business address. They worked on my roof, started to leak before the first winter. Called them, foreman (Shinjin) came out and assess - then I had to run around forever to get feedback. The sales manager eventually (Gary) feedback and states I need to pay additional amount for them to come and repair. NOTE that when foreman came he acknowledge the leak is where they worked. None the less, I make the payment in March 2023 and they come repair. Now June 2023.......few months later and roof leaking again - Should consider changing business name to Elegant LEAKS......Leaks 100% guaranteed

Absolutely pathetic
Completely disgusted with the management and people. They came in for roof repairs and this is what we were left with: - Overflow pipe dangling - Left and under board detached - Broke a board which they did not inform us about - Foreman is nearly never on sight - None of the workers speak English Worst off they requested to fix some slates which we paid for and ended up with five roof leaks. We brought them in and all they could say is they are not paying for a new roof when that is not even what we were discussing. They spoke to my wife and just used force full tones and aggressive mannerisms. They use tactics of intimidation and refused to even discuss the topic by constantly changing the subject. The last word is pathetic and please do not put yourself through the pain of dealing with them. And why - the 5-star rating is from the people who work there as I recognize the names. Got a person from Kraaifontein who fix all their issues and went over and above their stated work. So just Google around....

Do you understand Customer Service and Quality?
Follow through and updating customer with regards to progress on roofing orders and installation does not exist. Installer teams have a shocking attitude and in areas workmanship is shoddy. Generally communication and customer service REALLY requires a SERIOUS turnaround. If you can find a solution else where, do so. Very disappointed.

Elegant Roofing was fantastic!
We bought a roof from Elegant Roofing at the beginning of the raining season and have to give them 5 stars for their service and willingness to go the extra mile. Through all the rain and complications they have stuck to their agreement and finished my roof in time and very neatly. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs any roofing assistance.
