Misleading
VERY disappointed that I did not check hellopeter PRIOR to purchasing from this business. Being an online shopper, I am not happy with the deadly silence. Bottom line is communication is misleading and it's evident from all the negative reviews. I will be informing my credit card provided to reverse the transaction and failing that, I will be reporting this business to the Consumer Protection Agency.

Direct Marketing Annoyance
Rating only submitted as this company continually SPAMs telephonically. Have not dealt with the organisation yet the constant marketing is annoying. A complaint has been sent by way of email requesting removal from the company database so as not to receive any direct calls. Please do not contact me on my mobile, I trust the request will be honoured.

Do you understand Customer Service and Quality?
Follow through and updating customer with regards to progress on roofing orders and installation does not exist. Installer teams have a shocking attitude and in areas workmanship is shoddy. Generally communication and customer service REALLY requires a SERIOUS turnaround. If you can find a solution else where, do so. Very disappointed.

Work on the user online shopping experience
Terrible Website - refine it to search and pinpoint products not "spit out" 90 irrelevant products. Not pleasant at all. Customer Contact Centre is shocking too: I have no problem adopting online shopping - in fact enjoy online shopping when searches are returned with valid information and expectations around tracking and delivery is on point. : Contact Centre agents encourage use of online shopping however with such a terrible experience, I'll wait and extra day and order from Take a Lot or pay a little more at a local hardware or paint store.
