After several complaints - Still SAMSUNG SA fails to take responsibility for my earpods and watch. Case number 3102089493 Approved in November 2024 and been batting ever since to get what is owed to me. Advise who the next level of escalation is as is will not leave this here?
Upgraded contract in October 2024. Was **** to by sales person as we agreed on TOTAL bill R647 pm ( all inclusive of data sim and extra minutes). My bill has been in excess of R800 ever since. Been grappling with Cell C ever since and NO RESULT - just empty promise made by MANDISA ZUMANI (check invoice next month, check invoice next month) See all call recordings linked to Case Number : 410070981 before you call me. LISTEN TO INITIAL SALES CALL RECORDING - the payment amount is CLEAR. R647 pm ( all inclusive of data sim and extra minutes) I have given Cell C months to resolve this - NOTHING. I am now forced to involve ICASSA for assistance as CELL C just does not care.
Still Waiting on EarPods & watch since 14th November 2024 I upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy A35 - it comes with ear pods and watch. My claim submission was successful on the 14th November 2024. Reference: 3950611061431FRBTV I still don't have my ear pods and watch after Samsung infomred me Skynet will deliver in December 2024 THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. I WANT MY ITEMS AS PER AGREED CONTRACT. WHERE IS MY WATCH AND EARPODS SAMSUNG?
Awaiting my EarPods & watch for nearly 3 weeks. Samsung SA - please choose a more professional company to do your deliveries, they giving you a poor image in the market. My delivery address in n CPT, they went to Gauteng. Driver not even call to confirm, just a don't care attitude. Still no items and no urgency from Skynet. (3 weeks later). They wont even respond to this complaint as they just don't care Samsung reference 3950611061431FRBTV I will also put pressure on Samsung till i get my items - as they appoint Skynet

Upgraded my Cell C contract and agreed to pay all inclusive R647.00 (total bill include extra minutes and data) December invoice is R971.00 and it should be R647.00 as agreed in the call recording. I will request ICASSA intervention if not resolved. This has been dragging out now since October 2024 - Case Number : 410070981. Cell C has listed to call recrn but still NOT RESOLVED!!! You had several opportunities to resolve this matter, i even emailed Mandisa Zumani directly however was told lines are down and cant call - really!!!!

Countless emails sent - NO RESPONSE I use up all my airtime trying to get a response on items i am entitled to - THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. I WANT MY ITEMS AS PER AGREED CONTRACT. I expect this to be resolved as 22 days has passed and no update!!!!
So from contractually AGREEING to paying subscription of R 647.00 with contract renew, my current invoice: October R 918 - should be R 647 - AS PER CONTRACT November R 971 - should be R 647 AS PER CONTRACT *ear pods are still not in my possession so that is also unresolved Sales consultant is dishonest, misrepresent information to client and at NO stage was there any mention of pro rata payment - i agreed on R 647 (several times on voice recordings) I will now 1. Update Hello Peter on the regular 2. Submit complaint form to ICASA today 3. Email Jorge Mendes(CEO) & Salvador Francis (Exec Customer Exp) to bring this under senior management attention 4. Cell C team was unable to resolve a issue brought under their attention on the 07th October 2024 already (24 business days has passed) I formally request the voice recordings to prepare for my ICASSA dispute. I will not stop until this is resolved to my satisfaction!!!!
******** Contract I renewed my contract and the sales person informed me that the total invoice will be R 647 per month ( This INCLUDES my extra 240 minutes & data sim card & ear pods) Then i did not receive ear pods and bill now R 918 - this was not AGREED as per voice recordings. I informed Cell C on the about the issue on the below dates (CASE 410070981) 7 October 2024 - no response 14 October 2024 - no response 21 October 2024 -got a call, not resolved 28 October 2024 - no response 31 October 2024 - no response Phone is still sealed and not opened. I will now also refer matter to ICASSA as clearly Cell C not interested in resolving the issue. I will continue to post updates and keep track of all communication.
Elegant roofing or Elegant Imphala - same business address. They worked on my roof, started to leak before the first winter. Called them, foreman (Shinjin) came out and assess - then I had to run around forever to get feedback. The sales manager eventually (Gary) feedback and states I need to pay additional amount for them to come and repair. NOTE that when foreman came he acknowledge the leak is where they worked. None the less, I make the payment in March 2023 and they come repair. Now June 2023.......few months later and roof leaking again - Should consider changing business name to Elegant LEAKS......Leaks 100% guaranteed
