I do not normally write things like this but I had to share. My daughters vehicle went in for repairs to the rear bumper. 2 weeks after the repairs was done her back number licence plate and its holder was laying on the ground. Not stolen not tampered with just on the ground behind the vehicle. I phoned Elite and told them the number plate had fallen off and its missing. It could have fallen of and gone missing while she was driving. I wanted to see their reaction and how they would address it. This would not have happened had the licence plate holder been *****ed on properly. There first reaction was it was stolen and denied any fault on their side. They did not acknowledge that they might not have secured the plate properly. We had that plate secured by another dealer and there words were there is no way that had they *****ed the number plate with rites or *****s , it would never fall off. They actually laughed and showed us that the plate was secured with sticky take. We have phone proof of the tape. Jade at Elite still insists that they used rivets to fasten the plate. I am a reasonable person. All that they had to do was apologies. They wanted us to take the car back and investigate why it fell off. If fell off because you did not do your job correct in the first place, nothing to investigate.
