Every single member of staff went out of their way to offer superior service. The facilities are welcoming, the staff knowledgable and efficient. I was kept up to date daily. I can't thank you enough for the great work you did on my Toyota.

Insurers should reconsider listing this company as a VW approved repairer!! Firstly the repair timelines went from just 3 days to more then a week and oh the bad communication takes the cup! they will send you updates the first two days then stop sharing any information all together. My experience with these was terrible and I definitely DO NOT advise you use them.

I do not normally write things like this but I had to share. My daughters vehicle went in for repairs to the rear bumper. 2 weeks after the repairs was done her back number licence plate and its holder was laying on the ground. Not stolen not tampered with just on the ground behind the vehicle. I phoned Elite and told them the number plate had fallen off and its missing. It could have fallen of and gone missing while she was driving. I wanted to see their reaction and how they would address it. This would not have happened had the licence plate holder been *****ed on properly. There first reaction was it was stolen and denied any fault on their side. They did not acknowledge that they might not have secured the plate properly. We had that plate secured by another dealer and there words were there is no way that had they *****ed the number plate with rites or *****s , it would never fall off. They actually laughed and showed us that the plate was secured with sticky take. We have phone proof of the tape. Jade at Elite still insists that they used rivets to fasten the plate. I am a reasonable person. All that they had to do was apologies. They wanted us to take the car back and investigate why it fell off. If fell off because you did not do your job correct in the first place, nothing to investigate. Michael

Took my car for some patch up - was told to expect a 70 to 80% improvement. Looked like it had gone for a R2000 polish that I could have got for R100 anywhere else. I asked them to correct and I would fetch the car the next day. Salesman insisted on fixing it there and then, telling me I was wasting time arguing. Came back looking like it was finger painted. Elite wiped off the new paint and refunded but the car is now worse than it was before I took it to them and I have to find someone who can at least get it back to my starting point

Took car to Elite Autobody as a private client, and they took full advantage knowing no insurance company to deal with. They quoted to replace a rear panel, but just painted over it, the bumper was off colour and obvious miles way, personal items I forgot in the car were stolen, and car had to be taken back to get at least some of the items rectified.

When attempting to trade the car in, I am immediately asked why accident damage was so badly repaired.

Avoid this place at all costs.

LIERS!!

My car hit a ditch in October 2015, a few weeks later it started giving me issues whilst driving the next day it got stuck at work. It wouldnt accelerate. I called Audi and i was asked to tow it in,thats when i called my insurance company at the time, Miway. they sent a tow truck and towed the car to Audi Fourways. The next day Audi called and informed me that issuea had to do with the gearbox. I informed Miway and sent all the required documentation, they approved my claim. After Miway went and got the and towed it to Elite Autobody in Kya Sands. An accessor from Miway's called and told that the damage wasnt consistent with the story i had told them.
The accessor Pieter Janneke called a few times asking me to explain what happened when i hit the ditch. After a few calls he he tells me that he can get my claim re-approved and that i should come see him so "we can work something out", to which i refused. I cancelled my policy after this. This is in Febuary after not having having my car for 3 months!!! I was then asked to pay for the towing, about R2000.00. (the towing which i was covered for under my R1900.00 monthly premium). Non the less i paid beacuse i wanted my car back.
When i informed Elite Autobody that my insurance had rescinded my approval they told me that i would have to pay for the work that they already done, even tho i wasnt the one who gave them approval. I ended paying them anout R8000.00 for painting my bumper. IMAGINE!! Needless to say it took Elite AutoBody over a month and 3 onsite visits! for me to eventually get my car back! The car came back worse then it was when it went in. I got my car 5 months after it went in!

I was buying a vehicle from this supplier. Firstly the communication between them and me was terrible. No feedback during the process of doing the paperwork, no feedback to me on documents sent at all.

Eventually the dealer phones me, just to tell me that the vehicle I stated that I AM GOING TO TAKE has been sold out of the hand to somebody else. All of this happening after I did my finance preapproval and TOLD the sales person I am taking the vehicle.

You can just imagine my frustration at this as it is a tedious job trying to find a vehicle you like and can afford both at the same time.

I couldn;t believev it when the dealer phoned me to tell me this. I am utterly disgusted that this happened, and there is absolutely nothing I can do about it even though I had my heart set on this vehicle.

Worst experience ever....
