<p>On 28 June I notified my ISP (web africa) that I am moving house and that I need the line moved on the 29th of July and that they please need to arrange the line movement as they are managing my line.</p> <p>During the week of the 25th of July I contact WA 3 times since I have not heard back from them or Telkom, eventually they tell me that I have to phone Telkom myself. I end up phoning Telkom Thursday the 28th of July and they tell me that they will be able to assist me with a technician on Monday 01 August to move my line. I update my details with them, and ask to be given a 30min heads up before the techy comes to my new place.</p> <p> </p> <p>Monday came and went, without any feedback from Telkom (which is the norm). However this is where my biggest issue arises. I phoned them now on Tuesday the 2nd of August just to be told that my line has been cancelled at my previous residence, and there is NO SIGN OF ANY ARRANGEMENT FOR MY LINE TO BE MOVED/ACTIVATED TO MY NEW PLACE!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>So now, I have been put at the back of the queue ofcourse, and am still awaiting a date when somebody would be able to come out and get my internet up and running at my new residence. I moved house from Equestria to Garsfontein PTA. This is absolutely pathetic service, I was looking to move my ADSL service back to Telkom after my bad customer service from WA, but after this, I doubt i'll be moving it to telkom. </p> <p> </p> <p>I effectively gave all parties a month's notice, and still they were not able to do a simple line movement. TELKOM YOU ARE TERRIBLE!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Francois</p>
I was buying a vehicle from this supplier. Firstly the communication between them and me was terrible. No feedback during the process of doing the paperwork, no feedback to me on documents sent at all.<br> <br> Eventually the dealer phones me, just to tell me that the vehicle I stated that I AM GOING TO TAKE has been sold out of the hand to somebody else. All of this happening after I did my finance preapproval and TOLD the sales person I am taking the vehicle.<br> <br> You can just imagine my frustration at this as it is a tedious job trying to find a vehicle you like and can afford both at the same time.<br> <br> I couldn;t believev it when the dealer phoned me to tell me this. I am utterly disgusted that this happened, and there is absolutely nothing I can do about it even though I had my heart set on this vehicle.<br> <br> Worst experience ever....
