Great Doctor, horrible and *********** stuff ( Receptionist) I had to follow twice for a GP Referral letter and on both occasions I was met with a very hostile attitude but they were diligent in process the appointment claim on the day.
MY PRAYER TONIGHT IS THIS COMPANY GOES OUT OF BUSINESS!! Maybe then the will be able to learn and appreciate their clients! Two of their consultants dropped the call on me after waiting online for close to 30 minutes, I also need @FNB to stop doing business with them for any related business, never have I been treated so poorly, disgusting customer service I really pray it goes bankrupt and liquidated!
If you have time and money to waste then go ahead and purchase anything online from this **** of a shop. Such disgusting service, terrible quality and rude individuals.
I would advise that you DO NOT use this repairer for anything!! especially Constantia Kloof - What a bunch of highly unprofessional and DISHONEST individuals and on top of that when you raise your concerns with the manager they will gaslight you. My shattered window was repaired with a "brand new chipped" and I was told to wait for another week another window. Incompetent and rude bunch of people- if you want to rise you blood pressure then go ahead and deal with them.
Insurers should reconsider listing this company as a VW approved repairer!! Firstly the repair timelines went from just 3 days to more then a week and oh the bad communication takes the cup! they will send you updates the first two days then stop sharing any information all together. My experience with these was terrible and I definitely DO NOT advise you use them.
I've been shopping with Superbalist for years and today i received the what i would call the worst service ever! totally unprofessional to say the least, i placed an order for a perfume and because the delivery warehouse was far i had to wait 2 weeks for it to be delivered which did not happen nor did i recieve any communication from Superbalist regarding the delay of delivery, I then called them today to try and trace what was happening with my Order and Spoke to Anneesha W who mentioned that the order was lost in transit as one of their drivers was hijacked but assured me that she would follow up on my behalf then proceeded to send me an email confirming that a replacement order would be sent to the same address , to my demise 4 hours later a refund was processed without my authorization , no one called to find out if i approved of this refund which would take 3 business days to process nothwithstanding that i had to wait 2 weeks for my delivery further the same product is now marked up on the website (from R749 to R1499 ) which is probably why they concluded to rather send my money back. I've never received such substandard service ever in my life, For some reason Superbalist thought it would be a great idea the illuminate the common courtesy of calling their clients to inform them of the process and what's even worse is that their terms and conditions do not allow as approved by myself as shopper does not grant them the right to just process a refund without my approval. I definitely will be hearing from me in EVERY social app.
I’ve received the worst service from Alex Forbes retirement group administrators (particularly Stacey Julia’s who is the administrator for the Woolworths Retirement Fund) I can record the number of times I’ve had to waste my airtime calling their line to quest the status of my claim which still has not been settled and this is the second month after I’ve resigned. I definitely would not advise any one to sign up with this company, I’ve never received a single statement for my contributions whilst still a member, I can’t express the level of incompetence and unprofessionalism I’ve experienced in this process.
Utterly disgusted at the Service particularly this month in August ,Today is my third occasion we’re I’ve placed an order using a card and did not receive it whilst the app says it was delivered. I am off the belief that there is a syndicate MrD is conducting because this only happens when you’ve paid using a card -You get a motivation that states your order is out for delivery then a 1 minute after is there is another one that says your order has been delivered when you have not received it at all,…I think maybe drivers can take a chance at doing this if the address is for a stand alone house but it shows lack of comprehension and creativity when you’ve provided an access code your estate and no entry and exit is completed (but the app says delivered ) Please stop frauding…I’ve deleted this app and will take this to my socials ,WhatsApp groups and defiantly on word of mouth basis to colleagues who use this service so they are aware of the criminal activity !!!
