I placed an order with Chepa Streetwear on 16 December for a skirt, with delivery stated as up to 14 working days. As of 15 January, my order has still not been delivered. What is most disappointing is the complete lack of communication and care. I have attempted to follow up via their WhatsApp support, but the responses have either been ignored or handled with clear disregard for me as a paying customer. There has been no proactive update, no explanation for the delay, and no accountability. While delays can happen, especially during peak periods, silence and poor customer service are unacceptable. Customers deserve transparency and respectful communication, which I have not received. To be clear, I am not requesting a refund. I simply want the item I ordered to be delivered before the end of next week, along with proper communication confirming the status of my order. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing, and Chepa Streetwear needs to seriously improve their customer service and communication.

I cancelled my online order due to delays and requested a refund. Chepa Streetwear agreed, but it's past the 10-15 working day timeframe. Despite repeated contact, I've received no assistance. I warn others avoid shopping here due to poor customer service. Chepa Streetwear return my money and improve your business practices to avoid losing customers.

And just like that they have refused to refund me R4000 for their poor quality tracksuites that were delivered so late that I couldn't even wear them to the intended event. They refuse to refund me, they insist of giving me a voucher to buy some other poor quality items from them. I would never advise any customer to support this business, we work very hard for our money. Poor quality, no refunds, worst communication and just down right terrible business ethics!!!!

This business has the worst lead time on production EVER!!! Ordered on the 13th today is the 29th and I still have not received a tracking number for my delivery. Their false marketing stipulates: 7 to 10 working days for delivery!!! Terrible service!!!

My order was 4 days later than promised with no communication from them. When I called them, they told me that they had gotten the size wrong so they are redoing it. Such an inconvenience because I had an event to attend on the Wednesday. My order arrived and it was terrible quality. The dress was super light, no lining, the seams were not pressed. For the amount I paid for the dress, I am insanely disappointed. Wouldnt advise anyone to buy from them.

Bought a shirt and a dress from them. After washing it for the first time, the colour came off. Contacted Chepa and they told me since the 7 days have passed, I can't return the dress. How was I to know the colour will peel off after the first wash. I'm very disappointed, I will not be buying from them anymore

My experience with was quite bad, I bought an item on the day and then just few minutes later the same item was heavily discounted. When I demanded the same discounted price, the person answered me was quite rudely. That was a turn off for customer service.
