I cancelled my online order due to delays and requested a refund. Chepa Streetwear agreed, but it's past the 10-15 working day timeframe. Despite repeated contact, I've received no assistance. I warn others avoid shopping here due to poor customer service. Chepa Streetwear return my money and improve your business practices to avoid losing customers.
I bought a stove, I couldn’t fit it in my kitchen. I returned it within the 7 days they told me about. I wanted an exchange for a smaller stove. They told me wait for their boss and I waited for more than 45min. I had to leave cause I couldn’t wait any longer. The staff working there has attitude…. I don’t recommend anyone to buy anything from this shop. Rather go to proper shops like Game or Makro. It’s better to pay more than being treated like ****. I repeat, don’t you dare go to this place and stuff drinks alcohol while selling
On July 8th, I received an SMS stating I would receive my parcel before the close of business. I waited all day, but the parcel never arrived, nor did I receive a call. When I tracked it, the status was "delivery exception: bad address." What does that even mean? Why didn't anyone call me? I contacted Natis, and they told me there's nothing they can do and that I must call Skynet. I called Skynet and waited for over 20 minutes, but no one picked up. I am very disappointed with both Natis and Skynet. Natis says the parcel will be returned to them and ill have to arrange another delivery and pay again. That makes me more angry!!
