I placed an order with Chepa Streetwear on 16 December for a skirt, with delivery stated as up to 14 working days. As of 15 January, my order has still not been delivered. What is most disappointing is the complete lack of communication and care. I have attempted to follow up via their WhatsApp support, but the responses have either been ignored or handled with clear disregard for me as a paying customer. There has been no proactive update, no explanation for the delay, and no accountability. While delays can happen, especially during peak periods, silence and poor customer service are unacceptable. Customers deserve transparency and respectful communication, which I have not received. To be clear, I am not requesting a refund. I simply want the item I ordered to be delivered before the end of next week, along with proper communication confirming the status of my order. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing, and Chepa Streetwear needs to seriously improve their customer service and communication.
Usually the service is classy and efficient but this time around, it’s a hustle to get my mattress delivered. It’s now the 5th day since my order and the notification I received was to come collect and I don’t understand why when I am awarded free delivery? Also if my location is a no go area why did you allow the purchase ? And since when because I have been in the same address for the pasT 4 purchases! I also requested for a quick refund so I can go make the sale elsewhere but even that im receiving a run around. Disappointed !
Recently went to get my eyes checked for new glasses, at the Kenilworth-Claremont branch: did the doctor visit, had the tests done, doc sent through recommendations to the dispensing optician, and i opted to receive my detailed prescription as I did not see or find any frames that I liked, since then there has been no response from the lady, I have sent numerous emails and contact me messages with no win, I dont know how else to reach them as they’re were the ones that requested me to do business with them, I am disappointed at the after service l!
The banks has great benefits hence I joined but the app🥲🥹 please please do something about the slow response time, I thinks for too long to open, moving around is also not seamless, please research what other innovative solutions are available and are working for other banks bcz NO 🥹 it can’t take so many minutes to get to my banking
I ordered a storage base on the 25 March up to this day,there’s no delivery. Over 12 back and forth emails between me and Dale and Rochelle from the Maitland branch, nothing buttons empty promises to deliver, this’ll is way past the 14 day waiting period. Their service has been terrible 😞 and yes makes one think about race whether I am treated ill because of the colour of my skin, there’s no concern only false promises of them contacting the ware for or them getting back to me but nothing. The delivery was to happen yesterday 15/04. according to their sorry for the delay promise but it’s end of day now 16/04 and no calls no communication from them, I requested my refund 10 days ago without luck and I accepted their apologies for a delayed delivery but I am being made a toy for their pleasure.
Bought training/running shoes, they sent me 6 instead of 5.5, the fit is big, I logged a return, it has been over 7 days no response from the customer service mailbox, nor on the phone calls. All I want at this point is my money so I can find another brand that actually follows through on their customers.
Now in the 3rd week of raising a claim. All the information required i have sent, been following up on the progress but each time it seems as though we are starting the claim from the start, yhoo, why is the service soo poor? Why are you not letting me use my own service provider if you know yours don't resolve the issue timely, why is this taking longer than it should???? Yhooooo No!
Pick n pay family strand, if the food items you are selling and aware that they are out of date, please make sure to mark it as such. Having to get home, hungry from a long day and only to see the sausage is out of date, sour and with a bad smell had to throw it out. 😭 The bread too was crumbling, so I ended up having cereal for supper, wrote a review on Google but no one got back to me, there's no direct email contact bcz I wanted to send them photos.. Noo i am hurt can't be throwing away money in this recession 😩
The service has poorly dropped to zero. The is no way of calling to track the progress of your parcel, order i made 7 days ago, and it is a 3day service. How is it a 3 day service when you have not even collected in 7 days, the only support is "we are sorry for the inconvenience", i don't see any positive actions. No direct escalation methods, just frustration after frustration.
