I had recently moved from my previous insurer into Outsurance. It was literally 2 days that I was with Outsurance and my brother had an accident and the car was written off. The whole process from towing the car to assessing the car and settling my claim was done in record time. No hassles whatsoever. I would like to Thank the Outsurance team (Dyllan) who was patient and understanding throughout the process . I definitely moving everything to Outsurance. You deserve a 6 star rating.
I've been with Outsurance for 10 months, then a time came where I needed to claim for my windscreen. I sent them a Call me back on their website. They called within a minute. My windscreen was arranged with PG Glass within 2 days. Quickest service so far. Big ups Outsurance. Im definitely not regretting moving to you.
I saved R600 with Outsurance. I was paying R2200 for my new Polo GTI. Then Outsurance gave me a call and saved me R600. Definitely gonna move my other 2 vehicles to Outsurance. The service from Nhlamulo was exceptional to say the least

Bought a shirt and a dress from them. After washing it for the first time, the colour came off. Contacted Chepa and they told me since the 7 days have passed, I can't return the dress. How was I to know the colour will peel off after the first wash. I'm very disappointed, I will not be buying from them anymore
The courier driver is a liar. Been waiting for my delivery for the whole day. Then I get the message that I was not at the delivery address. Which is a complete lie. He didn't even come to my delivery address. I hope I never get to use Courier guy service, their drivers are very ****y. It's not the first time I have complained about their driver. U have asked fnb to change my debit orders for my loans to standard bank. They haven't done it still. I have sent all the required documents to Thembelani Khani two months ago. She said she was gonna do it, today I see they tried to debit from my fnb instead of standard. I have sent her numerous emails asking her to change it, she just ignores my emails now. I'm so flippen angry right now. That was one of the reasons I left them for standard bank. Poor poor poor service.
Been waiting for a technician to come and install the router by my place and all I get is that the call has been logged. Can't even speak to the manager cos they say they are in meetings the whole day.. l get no help from whoever answers the phone. They say they can't speak to the technicians, as if they are in a hide out place or something. Haven't even started to use them and already I'm gatvol. It's a pity I can't use other service providers. I'm really not happy
Lamb Chops are full of fat. Half the meat is fat. Never going there again. The manager didn't even bother coming to my table to hear the unhappiness
