I placed an order with Chepa Streetwear on 16 December for a skirt, with delivery stated as up to 14 working days. As of 15 January, my order has still not been delivered.
What is most disappointing is the complete lack of communication and care. I have attempted to follow up via their WhatsApp support, but the responses have either been ignored or handled with clear disregard for me as a paying customer. There has been no proactive update, no explanation for the delay, and no accountability.
While delays can happen, especially during peak periods, silence and poor customer service are unacceptable. Customers deserve transparency and respectful communication, which I have not received.
To be clear, I am not requesting a refund. I simply want the item I ordered to be delivered before the end of next week, along with proper communication confirming the status of my order.
This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing, and Chepa Streetwear needs to seriously improve their customer service and communication.
