I ordered a bonnet gaurd and window shields for my vehicle. Firstly, the website did not allow me to select a "year model" for my Amarok, my assumption then was one size fits all; there was no confirmation during the packaging process which took an entire week. Secondly, the packaging and despatch process is very slow, took almost a week just to despatch my order out of the store; only to realize that I was sent 2011 parts when actually my year model is 2023, no problem simple error and resolution; simple exchange of parts. I reached out to them and explained the predicament and how it happened, the attitude I recieved when advising them to correct the "glitch" on the "ordering system" which automatically led me to suspect that I will not be getting any exchange. As a customer advising them on their system, I was met with hostility, anyway, I am still waiting for a courier as promised to collect and exchange the parts and its now the 2nd week waiting. They no longer respond. I you work work hard and value your money, I would advise you steer clear of this business. Mistakes happen and can be easily rectified. Terrible customer service and arrogance when dealing with clients is a business killer. Spend your hard earned money where it is appreciated. Stay away from GT Concepts.
And just like that they have refused to refund me R4000 for their poor quality tracksuites that were delivered so late that I couldn't even wear them to the intended event. They refuse to refund me, they insist of giving me a voucher to buy some other poor quality items from them. I would never advise any customer to support this business, we work very hard for our money. Poor quality, no refunds, worst communication and just down right terrible business ethics!!!!
This business has the worst lead time on production EVER!!! Ordered on the 13th today is the 29th and I still have not received a tracking number for my delivery. Their false marketing stipulates: 7 to 10 working days for delivery!!! Terrible service!!!
Uber eats has been debitting money off my account without consent for Uber One; even after I cancelled the service on my app as well ass through their help desk. The debit order just keeps debiting my account monthly 🤬😡 daylight *******!!!
I ordered 2 tablets for my sons on 18/12, I received at delivery notification on 19/12, today is 25/12 and no delivery in sight. My sons will do not have their Christmas gifts. This is probably top 3 of the very worst service I've ever received!!!! I would appreciate a refund ASAP so that I can support another business that will value my hard earned money. No apology, no other arrangements, just a simple refund will suffice!!!
By far the very worst delivery company on the face of this earth. I've been waiting for my deliver for 7 days since the day it was "dispatched" for delivery. Unfortunately I will never be supporting Game online for as long as they use this circus of a courier.

I initiated a contract with Me&You Mobile in July 2015, I originally signed up for R 300 unlimited Talk and 5 gig Data fro R 300. The first month I received a bill of R1,090 which i queried and I was told it was inclusive of July and August bill which I accepted.<br> <br> The following month (Sept) my bill was R1,017 which I also queried and was told i had not set a credit limit, which I also foolishly accepted.<br> <br> I once again proceeded to correct my credit limit to be set at R50 which meant my bill was not to exceed R650 monthly<br> <br> The next months my bills were as follows:<br> <br> October : R 1,013<br> November: R 662<br> December: R 687<br> <br> To my utter shock, I receieved a bill of R1,818 for January 2016. I've recently migrated to me & you mobile in July to take advantage of the R300 unlimited calls + 5 gig data offer, my monthly bill is expected to be R600 excluding sms. My first bill was R1,007 as I was told that it was a pro rata payment from my commencement date which I accepted. The 2nd month my bill returned as R1,007 again, upon enquiring I was spun a nonsense story about credit limits and what not. These corporate thugs advertise a particular package knowing very well that the plan to over bill unsuspecting consumer for \credit limit"costs that will see your monthly bill sky rocket"
