The drivers are very rude and they dont understand that sometimes we are at work and they want us to send them live locations. when i tell them that iam not at home they would say they dont know the place. why did u take the delivery of a place you dont know

My order was scheduled for delivery on Friday, 13 March, but I requested a reschedule as I was away. On Saturday morning, I received a false notification stating the order was out for delivery; I waited all day, yet nothing arrived. Today, a wholly *********** driver named Nando Khoza called to say he had arrived. I provided him with an entrance code and specific delivery instructions. Two minutes later, he called back and arrogantly demanded I meet him outside because he "couldn't see parking." Naturally, I ignored this foolish request, as I have no control over visitor parking and it is his job to deliver the package, not merely to drive it around. Eight minutes later, he **** to his employer by logging the status as "customer not available" - a blatant falsehood to cover the fact that he was simply unwilling to park and do his job. He then proceeded to leave with my order. The unprofessionalism of this company and its employees is staggering. Having seen several similar complaints on Hellopeter regarding this courier, I will now cancel any retail order immediately if I see this company has been assigned. This is the third time Makro has used an *********** courier for my deliveries, and I will be seriously considering other online retailers for my future purchases.

These guys are professional clowns, from the call center to drivers included, doesn't know how to do their job. My parcel from Makro is being handed over to different drivers all the time.

I am very disappointed with the delivery service provided by WumDrop for my recent Makro order. I received an SMS at 12pm confirming my Makro order had been collected, but by 19:45pm it still hadn’t been delivered. When I tried to get clarity from the driver, he said he’s “working on a schedule” and would let me know when he’s on his way. That response felt dismissive. I cannot sit around the whole day waiting without a proper delivery time, as I have other commitments. At 17:30pm he asked if he could deliver after 18:00pm and mentioned that the system closes at 18:00pm, so I shouldn’t be surprised if I receive a “delivered” SMS. That is very concerning. Very underwhelming service. Makro should reconsider using WumDrop as a delivery partner.

My experience with WumDrop regarding Makro order #OD436897335954672100 has been pathetic. I was notified of a delivery today, but the tracking information is completely inaccurate. The driver, Vhutshilo, is being dishonest. When I managed to reach him, he promised to call me back but failed to do so. Now, he is simply ignoring all my calls. It is unacceptable for a courier to "ghost" a customer while holding their paid goods. I want a supervisor to contact me immediately and ensure my parcel is delivered today, before 8pm as per the SMS I received this morning.
