DEPLORABLE SERVICE
The first time I placed an online order with Makro Cape Gate there was no issues whatsoever. However every time since then I have run into some issues and this last one is just the cherry on top. My order has been ready and scheduled since Saturday and was originally scheduled for delivery by Monday but has been delayed 3 times now. I understand that they used Wumdrop for the delivery but surely they need to take some responsibility! After the first delay the order was returned to them the same day and only scheduled for pickup again the following afternoon which meant that it would only be delivered on Tuesday. This is despite the delivery promise for Monday before 18:00. And now I have been informed that my delivery will be delayed ANOTHER day because the bakkie broke down less than an hour from the delivery and pickup site!!

Horrible service!
This is a terrible company with no regard for customer service of satisfaction. My delivery from Makro which is less than an hour's drive from the delivery site has been delayed 3 times. The last delay was because their bakkie broke down in a town also less than an hour away from both the pickup and delivery site! Worst service experience ever! I will never use them again or refer anyone to them ever!!
