Airport parking services and where do these people actually store your vehicle.

I recently used the services of Elite Car Park and what I would like to leave out there to those planning to use their services to be extremely careful as In my opinion they have a secondary industry going to make money on chip repairs to your windscreens and if you do not give the go-ahead they make sure it cracks.

This happened to me, they contacted me a week after I dropped off my vehicle with them stating that my windscreen needed a chip repair, I questioned the position of the chip and it having been there when I dropped off the vehicle, to which l then received no further communication from them, to be able to make an informed decisions whether or not to allow them to repair.

On arrival and when picking up my vehicle my windscreen was then cracked, and the person dropping the vehicle off was very quiet and surprised when I showed her the condition of the windscreen. Then when I then approached them, they then presented an inspection report which is apparently done when the vehicle arrives at their premises after it is dropped off, my concern is why was this not presented when I queried the chip the first time around, also the chip could have occurred between the airport and the parking area, the inspection report could have been made on the day I queried the the crack as a cover up of their responsibility.

I was also told that they gave me fair warning which is not true as they did not enter any further comms., with me when I queried the chip, and it was a chip because they sent a photo of it.

So what I believed happened is that the vehicle was then left in the sun after I did not give the go-ahead to repair due to a lack of information from their side, what strengthens my suspicion is the fact that they are withholding footage that l have asked for to show where my vehicle was parked during the period l used their services, and I have asked for this footage on several occasions now.
