Deceptive Elite

An absolute scam! They offer a ONE MONTH membership which renews automatically at a higher price. Of course the fact that it renews automatically and that you actually have to request a cancellation is so hidden in their Ts&Cs. The cellphone app is so user unfriendly - don’t even try to use the help feature - it doesn’t exist. Knowing what I do now … I wouldn’t use them again. The fact that they deliberately hide pertinent facts like automatic renewal and their cancellation process, tells you a lot about them.
