Wow! What exceptional service. As an insomniac - I do my best shopping online and at ridiculous hours. I placed my order at 00.38 last night and by 8:30 this morning my order was delivered. Meals are always delicious and so convenient.
I am VERY impressed with the service I've received from Aramex. I had to call their customer care centre to get an ETA as I had an emergency. The call centre agent called me back with 5 minutes of my call to her - with the ETA. The parcel was delivered within 20 minutes of her call. 30 Mins after I received the delivery, Customer Care in Durban called to make sure that I had received my parcel and to check that I was happy.
The worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I placed my order on 26 November 2023 and I’m still waiting for delivery even though they state delivery between 5-12 days. Communication is non existent and when I did manage to speak to someone, they made promises of delivery that clearly weren’t realistic - as I’m still waiting. NEVER AGAIN!
We have used STBB Claremont at least 5 times in the past. NEVER AGAIN!
Today when I called the call center to find out if my account was blocked as I had another failed online purchase. It was confirmed that it was and the reason given was “high risk purchase” that I apparently made in June. SERIOUSLY!!! “ What the hell is a high risk purchase” I have been a loyal client for over 25 years - never missed a single payment. This is the last time I’ll spend a cent there.
My Dad passed away on Wednesday last week - my Mom is now having to move to their retirement cottage without him. I called Discovery Insure call center and explained the situation asking them to add content cover at the new address. Of course it was a huge drama. No empathy or compassion. I’ll be cancelling this policy as soon as I can. I used to be a client years ago and this experience has just reminded me why I left. There are so many better options out there.
Called the accounts department this morning for assistance. After verifying my details the consultant continued asking details saying she needed to update my information and refused to assist me with my request. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! I have been a client for over 25 years.

What a fantastic experience!!! The Get Worth team were professional and friendly at all times. The feedback after inspection was transparent and fair. This sort of customer service doesn’t happen often these days. I will definitely be using them again.
This is a warning to anyone considering signing up with #TelkomSA. Don’t do it – you will regret it! #VodacomSA #MTNSA #CellC there are so many better options. In December 2018 I cancelled my ADSL and Cell phone contract with Telkom. By 28 December both my services had been cancelled. January my normal invoice arrived and was paid by debit order. February my invoice arrived and was R0.00. I had been warned about how difficult it was to cancel with #TelkomSA but here I had a R0.00 invoice, . . . I cancelled any debit orders for Telkom just to be safe. In February I got another invoice this time for R15.03 when I finally managed to get hold of a person they couldn’t actually explain what this amount was for as both my cell phone and ADSL were capped and there was no way of going over, not to mention they cut both my services short, on 28th of December. Long story short they continued to try and debit my account and every time the debit order bounced they billed me R202.70. In January I closed my bank account and opened a new account. My Bank advised me to go and open a case at SAPS - against Telkom. The Bank also informed me that they had, had so many clients with stories like mine all involving TELKOM. Telkom is getting away with money that they are not entitled to because they bully us. They threaten us with legal action and blacklisting, most people just roll over and pay up. They are now claiming over R600.00 from me, have handed me over to their lawyers and are threatening to blacklist me. Nice one Telkom. Because of you I won’t be able get a loan of any sort, whether it’s a loan to survive during Covid times or a loan to buy a car etc.
