Good day Linda C Sorry you feel this way and yes as I said there is no call out fee if we do the work. We ran tests with our testers etc and I'm very sorry that you couldn't see on your distribution board that the breaker was tripped. As for the R200 and R400 that others charge sorry but We don't work for them
