Good evening so sorry about this but it wasn't just a circuit breaker that was replaced it was an Earth leakage unit and a circuit breaker Tracing and locating the problem R980. R1485 for supplying and installing the earth leakage R 425 for supplying and installing the circuit breaker. Those rates include Labour of R1200 per hour. So we in actual fact charged R710 for parts.

Good day Linda C Sorry you feel this way and yes as I said there is no call out fee if we do the work. We ran tests with our testers etc and I'm very sorry that you couldn't see on your distribution board that the breaker was tripped. As for the R200 and R400 that others charge sorry but We don't work for them

Reply to Maja M Good evening man. The exact same parts we install in your and any other customers house we install in our own houses. The pipe that we replaced was eaten by rats (even the old one that was damaged) we still have the photo as proof... So maybe you must get pest control to sort that issue out 1st. Unfortunately we can't be held liable for things like that

I really feel for you because looking at your profile all you do is complain...we gave you a quote and you didn't want it done and asked us just to blank it off so now I'm confused.

Evening. We definitely don't charge a call out fee if we do the work... a call out fee is a fee that's charged for fuel and a charge per km to your doorstep.If we need to come and do fault finding yes the fee is R850.It's very unfortunate that your girlfriend couldn't see that there's no units on her meter and it's surely not our fault that there's no units on.

Goeie dag, Wil net baie dankie se vir Deon en sy assistent vir hulle uitstekende diens vandag. Hulle is vinnig, werk skoon en is baie bedagsaam.
