Absolutely *******, do not use. Claim no call out fee ( ****) R850 to pay an idiot who doesn't know the difference between solar powered and a solar geyser. Then you pay 50% up front they turn up 3 hours late with the wrong parts and say it's not there fault, no refund. The guy they sent speaks to us like we are *****s, don't know where he bought his qualifications from but they were obviously cheap. You know who I'm talking to Stanley please come and see me!!!!!

The after sales service pathetic paid R2200 for a drain to be unblocked and 7 days later same drain is blocked again they say they have to open a new job card caise the warranty is only for 7 days so there poor workmanship which was jot done correctly the first time I need to pay for again are they serious

Reply to Rene P Good evening so sorry about this but it wasn't just a circuit breaker that was replaced it was an Earth leakage unit and a circuit breaker Tracing and locating the problem R980. R1485 for supplying and installing the earth leakage R 425 for supplying and installing the circuit breaker. Those rates include Labour of R1200 per hour. So we in actual fact charged R710 for parts.

Daylight robbery!!
Called for the replacement of a circuit breaker today. Guys was at my house very quick. Work done took about 20 minutes. Bill was shocking!! R2 980. Labor R1 485 Trace and locate ?? R 980 Breaker R425 Is this standard practice?????

****Y AND OVER PRICED!!!!!
****Y AND OVER PRICED!!!!! I called them to fix a leaking hot water tap, which the Plumber was late, then they did a half job and fixed it without letting me know the cost. they charge R850.00 to put in a secondhand seal and damaged my tap which i know have to wiggle to open it, yes the leak is gone but now another problem has raise, then they still harass me via whatsapp for the payment which i made when they left. This morning I call to complain about the tap and Dirk got ****y and arrogant about the situation and said if he must come fix it its going to be R850 again. STAY AWAY from these Scammers!!

Absolutely horrible after sale service. Never accepting responsibility for problems that happen after the job was done. Replaced 3 thermostats and the geyser once, since replacing the thermostat last week I now have a stream of boiling hot water running out my house and they refuse to fix it. It wasn’t like that before. Are quick to charge between R3000 and R4000 for repairs but refuse to fix what wasn’t broken before they worked on it. STAY AWAY!!!!
