Dishonest company: Very poor service. Stole my pump.

I called this company in to give me a quote for fixing my pressure pump which was not working. They claim to have found problems in the DB box so quoted to re-install a new box at a cost of R15 000. The pump was taken away for re-wiring as it had supposedly burnt out. They reinstalled the DB box and brought the pump back within about three weeks (normally my pumps are rewired in two to three days). When they installed the pump it was leaking water but they claimed it would `settle over time'. The pump worked for two days and then stopped working. I installed my spare pump which has now been working for three months without a problem. When George came back to check the pump he said it had blown again and would need to be rewired again. I indicated that this was unacceptable as my spare pump had at that stage been working without problems for two weeks. This was December. George took the pump back to the company that re-wired it and has not returned the pump to date (March 2022). I have phoned him repeatedly and he keeps promising to bring it back but never does. I have phoned Chris and he does not answer my calls. They have been sitting on my pump since December. This is not a company to deal with.
