Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Misrepresentation of Services and Damage to Vehicle – Parking @ OR Tambo / Elite Meet & Greet I booked my vehicle with Parking @ OR Tambo (P@OR) / Elite Meet & Greet on 25 November 2025, relying on the services advertised on their website, specifically: • Covered Parking • Surveillance Footage On-Site • Pre- and Post-Inspection Reports On 30 November 2025, a hailstorm struck the Kempton Park area. Despite this, I was only informed on 1 December 2025 at 21:00(more than 24 hours later) that my vehicle had sustained hail damage. The explanation provided at the time was that staff had “no signal” during this period. When I collected my vehicle on the morning of 2 December 2025, I immediately requested the mandatory post-inspection report. P@OR, however, could not provide any inspection documentation. During our discussion, Shereen committed to sending all inspection photos and the relevant CCTV footage before close of business on the same day. Instead, on 3 December 2025, I received only a set of unclear, post-damage photographs. As of today, P@OR has still not provided: • A pre-inspection report • A post-inspection report • Any CCTV footage On 5 December 2025, I received further communication stating that all CCTV footage had been “lost/erased” due to the storm, and that the entire CCTV system had allegedly been replaced that same day. No evidence of this replacement has been provided. On 8 December 2025, I received an email from Precious which was intended for another customer whose vehicle also sustained severe damage while in P@OR’s care. This raises further concerns about multiple incidents and overall operational accountability. Precious also stated that it is “the owner’s own onus” to use their services, which contradicts the company’s advertised security assurances. To add to this, I later discovered that the “covered parking” advertised on their website is not covered parking at all, but simply shade-net parking, which materially misrepresents the level of protection offered and contradicts the terms consumers reasonably rely on. The damage to my vehicle totals approximately R90 000, affecting multiple panels and areas across the entire vehicle. Given the misrepresentation of services, the failure to produce mandatory inspection reports, the alleged “erasure” of CCTV footage, and the substantial damages suffered while the vehicle was in your possession, this matter requires urgent and transparent resolution.

I got their details from a friend who used them. They collected my car Sunday the 30th November2025 at domestic departures OR Tambo airport until the 3rd December 2025. On the 2nd they sent me a sms that my car had been damaged by hail, 48 hours after it happened and excuse they had no cellphones working due to the towers let alone a land line. Funny the airport has signal. Great excuse. I asked for photos and they sent me a car bonnet riddled with dents from the hail stones. Said that was all the damage. I asked for other photos but the car has water on the roof and boot and couldn’t see but get told basically nothing. Car delivered to Departures Wednesday 3 Dec. SHEREEN assume the owner tells me that the hail came from all angles, this can never happen in a million years and based on how my car was parked it was somehow hit on both sides of the car. There were cars I was told on either side of my car so how can this ever happen. The bonnet is riddled with dents and then the roof around the sunroof was dented but not as badly. Lo and behold not one dent on the it and I mean not one dent. Told car was parked under the cover in a long term parking area or whatever and under cover. SHERREEN told the hail ripped the covers and pole areas collapsed. Let’s work this out. My car was under cover and got riddled with hail stones except the boot. Strange but true. The only way this could happen, only my boot was under cover and then there where no cars on both sides as it did have dents by not many. Forgot how does hail come from all sides as told to me by the SHEREEN another impossibility. To add onto this had a friend who used this company same time as me not even a scratch so if everything was ripped and damaged how did his car not have any dents, a miracle !!!! Car repair cost just short of R200000 and car is a right off. I know have to spend a huge amount too buy a car that is close to my written off cars features etc. To replace this car even 2nd hand is not to be frowned on. Going in the net don’t find this company but email I found on the drivers WhatsApp has this email address bookings@parkingatortambo.co.za. I am now having to buy a car and finance it as I don’t have enough funds to buy a new one. Owner or whatever she is has a clause re hail but you expect her to take every precaution that your car is unlikely to have any issues. Asked SHEREEN about insurance re PI and said doesn’t need it as has never had a claim in over 30 years. My obvious remark is why do you have building insurance for your home, has it ever burnt down in 30 years and SHEREEN said it’s never. So reason why anyone has insurance it’s just incase it ever happens. So then why no PI as it’s to cover you incase you ***** up. Based on this and not looking after my car and can assume maybe others I would never use her COMPANY as doesn't care about your prized possessions. SUGGEST THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU USE THIS COMPANY. Can’t wait to see how they respond as it be impossible to believe anything based on the comments made
