Rental Agreements - South Africa

<p>Something is very very wrong with this company.</p> <p>Have been handling the rental agreements of three of my properties for just about 10 years. Since end of last year the rental income is not paid to me, although collected. Levies are also not paid over to the relevant body corps resulting in penalties and fines etc.</p> <p>The main man (Speedo Horn), promises the world to resolve this, but with no intention of doing it ever. As a matter of fact things are becoming worse as they actually now issued a letter to the landlords that an audit is being done - which is just another bs story.</p> <p>DO NOT USE THEM!!!</p>
