Worst service, dishonest management

<p>This has to be the worst service I have received. Elite Property Group (EPG) had been managing my property for just over two years. In September 2016 they collected rental from my tenant but were not able to pay the rental over. The rental was subsequently paid over at the end of September. I then moved to cancel our management agreement from 1 October 2016 and requested that my tenants deposit be paid over. EPG were only able to pay +-60% of my tenants deposit in November. It's February 2017 now, and EPG is still not able to pay this amount over. Speedo Horn, who is the owner is a liar and continues to make empty promises.</p> <p>My advice for prospective clients is for them to stay away from this agency. For current clients, I'd say find another agent to manage your property. It is clear from their conduct that they are going through some financial difficulty, and it resulted in client funds being misused. Rental deposits are meant to be kept in a trust account and be available when the tenant moves out.</p>
