They never brought the pipes for my cleaner back. They also said that they had 3 buyers lined up to buy my Kirby once it was serviced. These never materialized. I've been phoning them for weeks regarding my pipes and they still haven't sorted me out. Once they have your number, you'll want to sell your Kirby just to get them off your back. They phone continually to ask

if they can service your machine.
