Elite Sourcing - a company to avoid.

This company uses CVs listed on Job Portal Websites, to actually send you SPAM emails and sell you a service.

They have continuously sent me emails (Tshepiso Nkhuna to be exact), and after requesting to stop emailing me in April already, they have sent me the same nonsense email on:

11 October 23 October 28 October.

This means they are using your information in an illegal manner. There is also not an option to opt-out of emails - which is against the Electronics Communications Act of 2007.

I have now proceeded and lodged a formal complaint with the Direct Marketing Association of South Africa (DMASA).

As a business, I will NEVER use them, and if I were a candidate, I would not trust them either. When companies operate like this, chances are good that there will be be red flags all around.

Wouldn't be surprised if they actually sell your information to other parties as well.
