Inferior product and workmanship.
Had entire house roof and building treated and painted just over 4 years ago. They have been back approximately 12 times to attend to leaks. Obviously product and workmanship sub standard.

08 May 2025, 15:57I just had a call from Elite wall and roof Coatings. The call was from a very rude and bombastic JOHAN. Very angry about my 1 star rating. He stated that they've never NOT responded to my requests to repair leaks AFTER their initial work done. I agreed and tried to state that my issue was not about them refusing to respond, it was about them having to come out approximately 12 times to do repairs for leaks, sometimes at the exact same area of the roof. He further stated that I will shortly be receiving a Lawyers letter (not sure what for), he is going to "cancel my written and signed guarantee" and stated that Elite will NOT attend to any further leak issues unless I "change" my rating of the Company on this platform. The call was then abruptly ended.
I reserve further comment and will leave my initial rating and will allow potential customers to judge for themselves.
