Bad customer service.
Posted my personal experience of a Company, the rude and bombastic Manager at the Company took exception to my personal rating, threatened me with legal action (not sure for what) and to revoke my written guarantee. Hellopeter took his side and requested me to change my personal rating/experience. I refused but the principle remains, how can I be castigated for posting a review on Hellopeter. If freedom of expression/rating is "managed" by Hellopeter, where are we to go? Other social media platforms........

Capital Legacy
People take care when looking at Estate Policies and Wills. This customer only offers terrible customer service, not able to contact consultants, senior staff not able to explain premium increases, no feedback or follow-up, unable to make a simple chabge to a Will......I could go on. Based on what I've stated I even doubt if a Senior person will contact me to discuss.

Inferior product and workmanship.
Had entire house roof and building treated and painted just over 4 years ago. They have been back approximately 12 times to attend to leaks. Obviously product and workmanship sub standard.

Service from David was excellent
Service from David was excellent. Made me feel comfortable and explained all my questions clearly and really had excellent knowledge of the products I enquired about.
