I know I am the worst and you are probably going to hate me. Maybe this is better for everyone involved. I made a payment to Elite host. I paid an invoice. In my payment reference is the reference number of the invoice that I was intending on paying. In the receipt of deposit from the bank, is the reference number of the invoice that I want to pay. After they received the payment in their banking account, they manually re-allocated my payment. They moved my payment from the invoice that I want to pay and transferred that payment to another invoice - to a different prepaid service. Not an invoice that I wanted to pay for, at this time though. So, and Which I don't mind because sometimes automatic processes happen.... However, when I pointed it out, they then refuse to put the money where I paid it originally. In their emails to me, they say that their company policy allows them to do this. Being All PrePaid services, there should be no legal obligation to pay for any prepaid service, at any particular time as per the model: you pay first then get services for the amount paid. Am I wrong in feeling that It is an unfair for any business to override your written financial instruction in this way? You, (Yes you Elitehost), should change your policy and not give your staff the permission or right to re allocate payments manually or automatically without a customer's consent. The correct way to deal with this type of situation is how Phillip; Nicholas; Shuaib & crew, will handle this.. Step 1 fix the issue no questions asked. step 2 The customer should log in, after an hour or so and see everything is as it should be and then be able to move along with life with no disturbances or unexpected requirements. Part of your job is to protect your customers and not to do them harm. To make more money. Sometimes people are under pressure and they trust you to do the right thing. Instead, its like you prefer to kick a person when a person is down. This is no way to treat people. Fix the thing please.
Best regards,
