Bad Service

I'm very disappointed with the service i got i sent a request an agent called me last week on friday we spoke i asked for email she sent the email to show that i am interested i wanted to take the cover sent her all my details on email then asked to be called back at 3;45 unfortunately no call was made she called yesterday and said she knocked off early understood asked her to call me at 3;45 again as i am also at work i couldn't take the call as she called back in a space of an hour i had 25 miss calls from her 25 this morning she calls i'm asking her about the 25 miss calls she was rude and she hanged up the phone on me while i was still talking im shocked what kind of services is that..im not sure if i got her name correctly but i think its kathlen nadioo very bad service from this agent
