Terrible service

My husband had an emergency, we called Elexi Care, received a run around first. they advised that the casualty department will be paid. The hospital called for authorization, or my husband would not be seen too. What a terrible experience service this was When we needed you guys the most we were *****ed over. We have been receiving bills left right and center after we were told that the casualty department was covered. We will be putting this on social media for all to see. We have never ever been ********** from a company like this before. Is this how you make your money?
