Eliyana fashions online is a ****
I ordered online paid and my order wasn't delivered. I then went to the shop and they pretended they knew nothing about it . telling me I have been ****ed . Yet it is that very same shop that advertise things on Facebook and give you a number to order on what's app. When you go to the shop they say we don't have Facebook and we don't know that number.

I ordered online paid and my order wasn't delivered. I then went to the shop and they pretended they knew nothing about it . telling me I have been ****ed . Yet it is that very same shop that advertise things on Facebook and give you a number to order on what's app. When you go to the shop they say we don't have Facebook and we don't know that number.

I made an online purchase from Eliyana Fashions Online. I was later informed that delivery would take 3-5 days and that my order was shipped. When I enquired about the tracking details, I was told that I was undercharged for my order and that it was not shipped. I told the person on the Facebook chat, that it wasn't my fault that I was undercharged because those are the prices that were advertised. I then requested for a cancellation and refund. It's been 7 days and I have not been refunded. I need my REFUND @ Eliyana Fashions!! Augustin and Faith claim to work for the store, however they have not responded to my request for my refund.
