I was ridiculously overcharged for customs taxes for an order that cost half of the tax with only 4 clothing (light) items in the package. I have made several purchases and never have I been sent a ridiculous amount of almost R700 to pay before. I sent several emails to query about the high tax for customs and possibly find a way to cancel the order. Unfortunately, there has been no response including the business number from Fastway couriers.
It's difficult to get through to their contact number which makes it difficult to communicate. Their WhatsApp number is automated with no live agent to speak to.
Please beware of the **** account on Telegram for Peregrine Capital. It's a ****!! It's quite unfortunate that they are ****ming a lot of people and they will keep asking you to deposit more money. Do not fall for it. Tania Formilan is the name of the Account Manager that they are using on Telegram. Get in touch with the real company on their website to avoid being ****med.
I made an online purchase from Eliyana Fashions Online. I was later informed that delivery would take 3-5 days and that my order was shipped. When I enquired about the tracking details, I was told that I was undercharged for my order and that it was not shipped. I told the person on the Facebook chat, that it wasn't my fault that I was undercharged because those are the prices that were advertised. I then requested for a cancellation and refund. It's been 7 days and I have not been refunded. I need my REFUND @ Eliyana Fashions!! Augustin and Faith claim to work for the store, however they have not responded to my request for my refund.
Over the past months the network connection on Rain has been terrible. I went from having connectivity problems to absolutely no internet on the wifi. I wasted money on a full month without internet 😠
I placed an order on Zando a week ago and 2 days after placing the order it was shipped. Since then the status has not changed and when I contacted the support team, I was told that the order was out on delivery 18th Sept. I followed up on 19th September, and I was informed that the new courier company DPD Laser is not allowed to contact customers for delivery. It's been 3 days and I have not received my order. Why the heck did Zando contract a third party courier company that is not allowed to make direct contact with customers and how are we suppose to guess when the driver is at the gate or reception of big organizations?? The former drivers were quick and very efficient. I've been using Zando since 2017 and this is by far the worst experience 🙃 😔. Please change the courier company!!! I need my order delivered ASAP!

Two weeks ago, I placed an online order and received a notification that my order was ready to be shipped. Minutes later I got another notification that 2 of my items from the order were out of stock. At no point did the app mark the items as out of stock. So why confirm an order and wait for shipment to advise a customer that the items are out of stock?? A week later I placed another order and there's no movement on the tracking for 7days. I followed up on the chat only to be told they were checking with the warehouse and minutes later I'm told there's a strike. So you guys didn't know about the strike and you didn't see the need to inform me about the possible delay until I reached out?? Terrible online service and communication.
ARAMEX drivers need to be cautioned for their incorrect updates. My order was out for delivery from 8am-5pm, yet I was not contacted neither did the driver attempt to deliver the package as the security confirmed their was no delivery from Aramex. I bought a birthday gift and I have been greatly inconvenienced for not receiving my order. PLEASE DO NOT LIE by saying customer is not available when no attempt was made!! Learn from your competitors, the drivers contact the customer and they enquire from the security where they are not sure. This is a Terrible service.
