I need urgent assistance please.
I received confirmation in February 2024 for my booking from 20-24 December 2024 at the price as advertised by the establishment. The owner contacted me 17 August 2024 (six months after her confirmation) to inform me she is cancelling my booking as she made a mistake with the price. I am sure this is against the consumer protection act as well as treating customers fairly. She offered a price which I accepted, and she confirmed my stay. She cannot cancel it now; I am sure that is against regulations.
