I booked to stay there for 5 days and the second day I was bitten by bugs that were in the couch. The windows and blinds were dirty. The stay wasn't pleasant at all. I left and booked elsewhere. The owners refused to refund me even though I told them what had happened. My husband and I were both bitten by the bugs in their hard, uncomfortable couch. Look properly before booking guys, you'll also get taken for a ride. Extremely disappointed.

Good day I need urgent assistance please. I received confirmation in February 2024 for my booking from 20-24 December 2024 at the price as advertised by the establishment. The owner contacted me 17 August 2024 (six months after her confirmation) to inform me she is cancelling my booking as she made a mistake with the price. I am sure this is against the consumer protection act as well as treating customers fairly. She offered a price which I accepted, and she confirmed my stay. She cannot cancel it now; I am sure that is against regulations.
