I booked to stay there for 5 days and the second day I was bitten by bugs that were in the couch. The windows and blinds were dirty. The stay wasn't pleasant at all. I left and booked elsewhere. The owners refused to refund me even though I told them what had happened. My husband and I were both bitten by the bugs in their hard, uncomfortable couch. Look properly before booking guys, you'll also get taken for a ride. Extremely disappointed.
I placed an order with Makro 5 weeks ago and I still have not received it. I've sent multiple emails and phone calls but still nothing. They said that they'll escalate it but that fid not make a difference. They don't even have the decency to respond to my emails. Disgusting service
If you had a rating of ZERO. I would give it to them. I ordered perfume from them. The perfume stinks. I asked for if I can return the items, After numerous emails, they blatantly ignore your emails. They give good service until they get your money and know that you are sitting with the fowl smelling stuff they call perfume. I am highly disgusted in their service or lack thereof.
I ordered the 10G LTE router on the 21st March. I have the router 2 weeks and it has not been activated. I have been to 3 stores for assistance and they tell me that someone will call me and only then can it be activated. I ordered this online. When I ohone 10213, they tell me they cannot help me I must phone 081180. I have tried that number 23 times - yes 23 times. The one time I got through, they told me that their systems have been down the past 3 days so they have high call volumes, they will return my call. I am still waiting. I am in a catch 22 situation because the Telkom staff are not prepared to assist me at all and I have nowhere else to go. I took out this special to prevent me from having to buy data but this has rather cost me more because I am using my data because the router has not been activated. I am highly disgusted in their attitude and lack of service in their stores and telephonically. It seems to be the Telkom values - treat your customer like dirt
I phoned around for a better rate for my car insurance and Momentum was the forth insurance company I called. I must say that it wasnt the cheapest rate but i usually look at the bigger picture when making a decision. The manner in which he handled my request, his attitute and the patience he had was truly amazing. I didnt have all the information he required and he promised to call me later that day which he did and I didnt have the information for him. He then offered to call me the following day. Which he did again and I was still waiting for my current insurer to send me the required information.<br> <br> Lorenzo sent me an email telling me to let him know when I have the information so that he can assist me further. He even gave me advise which was over and above what I had phoned for. <br> Once I had the information, Lorenzo assisted me further and we closed the deal.
