there is a lady called called hanli, the most eveil person you can find on earth. very rude and and incompitent. her anger towards herself and life in general is on another level. she has no clue of what is happening and disguises her ignorance with anger. they take forever to refind you and they will give you stories after stories. i hate that agency with a passion.
