Lack of integrity

<p>I have never felt so aggravated by sheer ignorance from this agency. I moved out of a flat from this agency end of September.  They credited rent from my account. I realised this 25 days after the fact, where i reported it.  I spoke to a lady by the name Sarie and she assured me it would be sorted. When time passed and nothing happened i offered to take time out of my schedule and try reversing it. My bank was unable to do so, and i reverted back to Sarie to tell her i was unsuccessful. She then told me a story about paying back my money by the 25th of November. The day has come, and nothing.</p> <p>Then another issue is my deposit hasn't been paid back either, almost 2 months after vacating the flat. i was told that I would get it next week Friday, the 2nd of December. Why would i believe that to be true when they can't keep their promises. </p> <p>What is most annoying is they don't reply to my emails anymore. I'm certain they are being blatantly ignored! Ellenburger & Kahts is definitely better than this. I know this because i have lived in only flats from this agency. Please pull up your socks!</p>
