The worst lease agreement you can ever tie yourself to
Their service is very Poor their Agent called Joseph is the one i got into a 6 months lease agreement with,he then put me in a house that is not complete almost all of the things were fixed while i was already 40 days in the house,you buy electricity from the which i still need to wait for Joseph to send me the units when he doesn’t feel like it he will tell me i must pay an extra amount for the gyser 🤷🏽♀️,to my surprise they never have water since December but the utility bill is sky rocket,this is a mess of a complex i cant wait to move out,i always try to communicate with them but no one will ever give you attention,this is so frustrating and i regret the day i moved in here

Dark City!
Two weeks back I had a review written here about the power cut-off due to failure of payment due to the City Power. The review got reported and here we are again, the City Power surprised us again! We are in the dark!

First Time Tenant
Elegant Line Properties is one of the most organized company I have ever dealt with as an tenant. The best part of the company is attention to detail and making sure that all my payments are allocated according. I would like to thank the creditors for the best and transparent, mindful communication. I would recommend Elegant Line Properties to first time tenants because they will hold your hand through the whole experience.

Great rental experience 👌🏽
We rented one of the ELP properties in Buccleuch. The apartment is a two bedroom with high ceilings and lots of sunlight situated at Tandia Gardens. We stayed here for 2 years from June 2022 to May 2024. During our stay maintenance issues were resolved quickly, which is what I valued the most from Carl. When we moved out a month earlier than when our lease expired, we got our full deposit back. Super grateful with the service and stay at ELP.

Not recommended
Imagine paying your rent in time only for City Power to come and turn you off the lights and be in the dark for 5 days because ELP is owing them, followed by no communication from ELP regarding the matter.

Nightmare
If you love a clean space with open and transparent management, then stay away from Elegant Line Properties. You will struggle with untidiness, deadbeat management who are quick to send you a statement but will not lift a finger to address any issues. As I am writing this, it is day 3 of no electricity because they failed to pay Joburg City Power meanwhile we the tenants are paying on time. Love yourself and stay away
