The worst lease agreement you can ever tie yourself to
Their service is very Poor their Agent called Joseph is the one i got into a 6 months lease agreement with,he then put me in a house that is not complete almost all of the things were fixed while i was already 40 days in the house,you buy electricity from the which i still need to wait for Joseph to send me the units when he doesn’t feel like it he will tell me i must pay an extra amount for the gyser 🤷🏽♀️,to my surprise they never have water since December but the utility bill is sky rocket,this is a mess of a complex i cant wait to move out,i always try to communicate with them but no one will ever give you attention,this is so frustrating and i regret the day i moved in here

I don’t understand why companies still use RAM couriers,their delivery people take no responsibility and have no clients best interest at heart,my parcel was returned to bash warehouse for no reason at all,because someone decided not to come because they had only one delivery this side,no communication nothing

My parcel has been boarding on and off delivery vehicle since last week,SHEIN sends things in time and these ones run around with our parcels for weeks ai no!!!!

Theres a lady called Linda there by spartan who works at the reception,wow!!! Ud swear your getting the parcel delivered to you for free the attitude that woman gives is something else even her tone of voice and how her face and body gesture will be its not nice shame guys get trained people to do the job not this thing if hiring your cousins
