Handed a gsm unit, which is used by my customer for safety purpose, in for repairs at Nelspruit branch about four ,going on five, weeks ago and was told that I would have an answer in two weeks.?//??????After even speaking to the manager of the branch , I was told that this is how things work and they cannot do anything about it???????????So now my customer is vulnerable for his safety and all I got told again is that they do not know where my repair is . ANYONE OUT THERE, THAT CAN HELP
