EMA Perfume bad service
On December 20th I ordered perfume and requested for courier. I paid and asked for a tracking number but I never received one. I still haven't received my order. After asking and asking, calling more than once with no reply or answering my calls I got frustrated. I contacted HO via a number they gave on their site and also no response, I wasted money.

Prem from Ema Perfumes Head office is a witch who cant handle customers. She is so rude and actually thinks shouting at customers is normal. Cant even be professional. Must be uneducated to carry on like that.
