I made a booking at this hotel in February and paid a deposit of R1700. The hotel got hold of me and they told me that their hotel is going to be used as a quarantine,so they had to cancel all the booking and refund all the people. Since then I have been going from pillar to post for 2months for me to get my refund which I never go it to date.
I am kindly asking hello Peter to help me on this on as I'm in Pretoria and the hotel is in Durban and the don't respond to my emails.
